To the staff at Got Mail?
Thanks so much for helping my 95 year old
friend, Bonnie, send her antique dishes to
California. The package arrived in great
condition and right on time. The person that
received the dishes commented on how well they
were packed. Thanks so much for the time and
effort you took in helping Bonnie. Your expert
care was very much appreciated. Nowadays,
customer service is often missing; but it is
alive and well at Got Mail? Thanks, Janet

Dear Ms
Morris,
I have intended to
write to you for some time now and I apologize
that it has taken me so long.
Let me re-cap what
transpired. I have a favorite website that I
visit, shopgoodwill.com. I find terrific
bargains on house hold goods and like everyone,
I love to save a dollar. I found a lovely rug on
the website at a great price that appeared to be
perfect in everyway except... the Goodwill store
in Marion, Ohio had listed it as “Pick-up only”
on the website. I live in Florida and there was
no way I could drive to Ohio to pick up the rug.
That, however, did not deter me from bidding on
the rug and purchasing it. I had no idea how I
would get a rug I’d just purchased.
I went online and
found your business in the area and gave you a
call. Never had I ever had such an awesome
experience with any company. Your customer
service level is completely off the scale. Not
only did you understand, but you offered to
drive to the goodwill store to pick it up for
me, which as it turned out, was not
conveniently located close to your business but
in another nereby city. You then emailed me a
picture of the rug to make sure it was what I
wanted. Then you carefully wrapped it and
shipped it to me!
You are awesome
beyond my ability to explain in a letter. I just
wish I were somewhat closer so that I could
offer my thanks in person. Please accept my
letter with heartfelt appreciation and the
highest of recommendations to anyone.

Ann Concepcion Morris,
My wife, Marsha & myself would like to express
our gratitude to you and your staff for helping
us in packing and shipping the items we brought
in to your store on the afternoon of Saturday,
Febr. 16th.
We had spent that Friday & Saturday at my
mother-in-laws house, cleaning & gathering items
that where mementos of my wife's childhood. We
came in 20 minutes before you closed and
desperately asked if you packed items, as well
as shipped them. We had items in our SUV &
additional items at the house, but not once did
you say "sorry, we close in 20 minutes." Without
any hesitation you had us bring all of the items
in that we had with us. We then went back and
got the other items we needed to ship, as you
said you would stay to pack them.
On our return, you said that you would get all
of the items packed and ready for shipment that
day.
As we had not ate yet, you reassured us that you
would get this done, not to worry about it, go
eat, and that you would call when the packing is
done. As we where on our way back, you called us
to say that you where done. That was 2 hours,
and seven packed boxes later, after we had
dropped everything off to you.
You also had arranged for DHL to stop at your
store on Monday, the 18th, even though it was a
holiday and your store would be closed. Again,
you went above and beyond normal service.
I'm happy to say that these seven boxes where at
our home in Chandler, Az on Wednesday, 2/20/08.
Ann, we both feel you and your staff went above
and beyond the normal service to pack and ship
these boxes. We had a long, hard weekend in
Marion, but your assistance to us, was the
bright spot of the weekend. Again we greatly
appreciate your assistance to us in this matter.
